Louie Gazzola - Principal Consultant

ACCS was established by Louie Gazzola who has a successful record of over twenty-five years in strategic  planning and implementing technology-based solutions in a number of industries. Louie’s career has focused on identifying the business needs and tailoring technology solutions to meet consumer and management expectations.  

His vast experience in contact centres across a variety of industries has allowed him to achieve a level of expertise that is superior in his field. He continually demonstrates a unique talent of fully comprehending a wide range of technical platforms, and balancing this knowledge with the human aspect of contact centre operations. He is a process driven individual that excels in project management and implementation, with the keen ability to assess opportunities and implement efficiencies. His sound business judgment, vast experience, combined with quality leadership skills ensures success.

Louie has managed and consulted several contact centres within the Healthcare, Telecommunications, Utility, Communications and Travel industries.  He has held a variety of senior management roles within organizations that ranged from 30 to 450 workstations and managed an operating budget of $25Million and annual capital expense of $8M.

In the years that Louie has been providing consulting services, he has provided many organizations the ability to maximize their operational potential and provide value in meeting organizational expectations.  Louie is committed to providing call centre consulting services that deliver value to his clients.
